Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong technical leadership and oversee the design and implementation of the platform
• Mentor junior developers and manage input from business and technology stakeholders
• Ensure delivery of production-ready code while adhering to internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related disciplines
• 6+ years of experience in core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
• Experience with web services standards and technologies (HTTP, XML, JSON, REST)
• Solid understanding of database technologies, SQL, and JPA
• Experience in SaaS product development and managing a junior developer team
