Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to oversee the design and development of AI-driven backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale backend services integrating Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Develop AI agents to automate complex workflows and enhance user interaction
• Build data pipelines for actionable insights and optimize retrieval systems for performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain)
• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and optimize for performance
