Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, architecture, and execution for Flagship products and integrations
• Write high-quality, production-level code and mentor a small team of engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape project scope and ensure delivery

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of hands-on software development experience, including web applications and APIs
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership or engineering management
• Track record of delivering complex software solutions in startup or fast-paced SaaS environments
• Strong architectural thinking and experience in guiding high-impact technical decisions
• Comfortable working across the stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure) with a focus on performance and scalability
