Technical Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 production support by triaging support requests and identifying root causes
• Conduct bug hunting and provide feedback to developers on production issues
• Document runbooks and facilitate the creation of Knowledge Base articles

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience with testing mobile and web stacks
• 1-2 years of experience with Python or Javascript scripting
• Experience with SQL queries for data validation
• Experience testing API calls with Postman
• Broad understanding of CI/CD tooling and Terraform
