Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst to provide technical customer service for their software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage support ticketing system to address customer issues within defined SLA guidelines
  • Participate in collaborative engagements to resolve client issues and improve case outcomes
  • Seek out training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and technical skills
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
  • 1+ year of basic PC troubleshooting and/or repair experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT or related field is preferred
  • 1+ year of scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Progress, Powershell) is preferred
