Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst to provide technical customer service for their software.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage support ticketing system to address customer issues within defined SLA guidelines
- Participate in collaborative engagements to resolve client issues and improve case outcomes
- Seek out training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and technical skills
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Help Desk and/or customer service experience
- 1+ year of basic PC troubleshooting and/or repair experience
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT or related field is preferred
- 1+ year of scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Progress, Powershell) is preferred
