Required Qualifications

• Experience in backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and iterative releases
• Ability to write clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance tests
• Understanding of engineering language, APIs, integrations, and architecture
• Comfortable working asynchronously and independently in a remote environment
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
