Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Service Specialist in Cardiac Rhythm Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices
• Provide timely results and technical support to healthcare facilities and customers
• Document and report customer contacts and complaints for tracking and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with cardiac device diagnostics and troubleshooting preferred
• Previous experience in a clinical or customer service role related to cardiac devices
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and device compliance
• Experience with remote monitoring systems is a plus
