Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and resolution for complex incidents and escalations
- Conduct post-incident reviews and maintain logs of issues and resolutions
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and provide internal training and support
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and database queries
- Experience with RESTful API calls and debugging issues
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud Computing and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
- ITIL knowledge and/or certification is a plus
