A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with system configuration/setup and product functionality inquiries
  • Serve as a primary support liaison and keep customers informed about problem resolutions
  • Create and maintain knowledgebase articles and product documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of practical experience in a technical support or IT role
  • Experience with LAN/WAN networks and basic network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Windows Operating Systems
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and reasoning skills
  • 2-4 year degree in Information Systems or IT, or equivalent experience
