Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with system configuration/setup and product functionality inquiries
- Serve as a primary support liaison and keep customers informed about problem resolutions
- Create and maintain knowledgebase articles and product documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of practical experience in a technical support or IT role
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks and basic network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Windows Operating Systems
- Exceptional troubleshooting and reasoning skills
- 2-4 year degree in Information Systems or IT, or equivalent experience
