A company is looking for a L1/L2 Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide timely resolution of technical issues and establish remote sessions for troubleshooting
  • Maintain client systems and prepare documentation for new features
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent English at Intermediate+ level; additional language is a plus
  • Proactive position with a strong sense of empathy towards customers
  • 0.5+ years of experience in technical/application support or QA/Tester experience is a plus
