A company is looking for a L1/L2 Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond daily to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide timely resolution of technical issues and establish remote sessions for troubleshooting
- Maintain client systems and prepare documentation for new features
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English at Intermediate+ level; additional language is a plus
- Proactive position with a strong sense of empathy towards customers
- 0.5+ years of experience in technical/application support or QA/Tester experience is a plus
