Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone support for inquiries related to eCommerce software and hosting platform
- Create and document detailed tickets in the ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve issues impacting website performance and educate clients on best practices
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical support experience
- A Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
- Understanding of Linux, MySQL, PHP, and HTML/CSS
- Experience in website hosting is a plus
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting web hosting platforms is advantageous
