A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for public Wi-Fi, VoIP, and TV services, including troubleshooting and account inquiries
- Monitor networks and escalate issues for dispatch when necessary
- Document interactions with end-users and deliver email support while managing voicemail inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of personal computer networking
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Must be willing to work shift schedules in a 24x7 Call Center environment
- Proficient in typing (minimum 35 WPM)
