Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical assistance for consumers and resolve technical problems
- Support client-specific high-speed internet services and troubleshoot related issues
- Manage trouble ticket systems and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- College degree preferred but not required
