Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for customers with home medical equipment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working on a computer
- Previous customer service experience
- Two weeks of paid training in a group environment
- Continuous availability throughout scheduled shifts
