Key Responsibilities
- Assist with technical troubleshooting over the phone for all PC components
- Act as the first point of contact for consumer inquiries via Zendesk CRM
- Communicate and execute the company's Limited Warranty Policy effectively
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- BA/BS preferred or a combination of education and work experience
- Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus
- Experience in a multichannel customer service role preferred
- Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP Hybris, and Zendesk is a plus
