Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical descriptions into clear, user-friendly documentation
• Collaborate with various teams to gather information and create high-quality content
• Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in technical writing and editing for the SaaS industry
• Proven ability to understand DITA and write in the DITA model
• Familiarity with basic web design concepts and HTML markup
• Experience with authoring software and CMS publishing (e.g., Contentful or Drupal)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
