A company is looking for a Contract Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical writing support and standardization of documentation for the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Assist in the development of incident response plans, playbooks, and service level agreements
• Analyze business processes and coordinate project activities to ensure deliverables meet functional needs

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a technical writer for a Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Knowledge of project management and incident escalation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
• High integrity and ability to handle complex situations with sound judgment
