A company is looking for a Junior Technical Writer to create and manage technical content remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, monitor, and evaluate technical and training content while addressing feedback
• Leverage AI tools for self-service capabilities and content generation
• Edit content for clarity and style, ensuring technical accuracy and up-to-date information

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing or equivalent work experience
• Experience writing technical training material and for the web
• Familiarity with in-product guidance tools like WalkMe
• Knowledge of DITA and Heretto is a plus
• Experience with content authoring tools such as Madcap Flare, FrameMaker, or MS Word
