Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to provide documentation support for a Security Operations Center (SOC).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and measuring SOC Service Level Agreements (SLA) and other formal documentation
• Integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and develop status reporting for stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify problems and propose solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical writer for a SOC
• Proven ability to work with diverse audiences and translate technical information
• Experience in project management and conflict resolution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
