A company is looking for a Technical Writer - Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user-friendly guides, tutorials, and walkthroughs for platform users
- Write and maintain product documentation, including release notes and API guides
- Develop onboarding and self-service resources to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Help Centers, Knowledge Bases, or Support Portals documentation
- Familiarity with REST APIs and API documentation standards
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or Confluence
- Strong organizational skills
