Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to capture and translate technical knowledge
• Draft content that is 70-80% complete and ready for editorial review
• Write both conceptual explanations and technical walkthroughs while validating accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of technical writing experience, preferably in SaaS or developer-facing environments
• Ability to turn complex concepts into clear narratives
• Experience with docs-as-code tools such as GitHub and Markdown
• Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Bonus: Editorial or publishing experience
