Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a wide range of documentation, including help center articles, FAQs, and guides
- Update visual assets to keep documentation current with product changes
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with product strategy
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technical writer in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of software documentation standards and best practices
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly language
- Experience with TechSmith products (Camtasia, Snagit)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating clear content
