Key Responsibilities
- Organize and optimize Help Center content for clarity and discoverability
- Create and maintain user-focused documentation for product features and Chatbot interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product updates and customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical writing or customer-focused content
- Proven track record of clear and concise writing
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with Figma, Zendesk Guide, and AI bots is a plus
- Strong ability to manage multiple content requests and prioritize effectively
