Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to translate complex information into understandable documentation for non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce various types of technical documents, including user guides and service manuals
• Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather data for documentation
• Organize ideas and concepts to create concise and effective documentation

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma
• 4+ years of experience in technical writing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred
• Proficient or some knowledge in PHP and .NET
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
