A company is looking for a Technical Writer/Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, manuals, and training materials
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge transfer for staff
- Ensure accuracy and currency of technical content and maintain version control of documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation
- Experience in developing and delivering training for technical systems or processes
- Proficiency with documentation and publishing tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Acrobat)
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance and complete mandatory training
