Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer/Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, manuals, and training materials
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance knowledge transfer for staff
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of technical content and maintain version control of documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Experience in developing and delivering training for technical systems or processes
  • Proficiency with documentation and publishing tools (e.g., MS Office, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance and complete mandatory training
