- Engage in planning and execution of department-level technical projects while identifying and mitigating operational and strategic risks
- Coordinate training for staff, maintain effective communication across technical areas, and monitor expenses to ensure cost management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management of direct reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of primary technology areas, preferably within a healthcare environment
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties
