A company is looking for a Lead Analyst-Invoice Management (Telecom Expense Management).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of telecom invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage vendor interactions to resolve billing issues and obtain necessary invoice information
- Generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of industry experience in Telecom Expense Management
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, exception handling, and accounts payable
- Familiarity with telecom service providers and billing platforms across multiple regions
- Proficiency in Microsoft reporting tools and advanced Excel skills
- Undergraduate degree preferred
