Key Responsibilities
- Perform high volume outbound calls to complete benefits investigations
- Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately
- Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of recent call center experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
- Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
