Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Acute Care Nursing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ACT RN staff, ensuring adequate training and a healthy work environment
• Oversee staffing levels and provide performance management and feedback to staff
• Support the integrated model of care and participate in nursing research activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current State of Texas RN License required
• Minimum five (5) years of nursing experience
• Minimum two (2) years of management experience preferred
