Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support leasing offices, clients, and vendors
• Review repair proposals for compliance with manufacturer recommendations and negotiate order pricing
• Analyze clients' needs and repair orders to provide recommendations and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a minimum of 4 current ASE certifications
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred
