Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, LTSS Clinical Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the care management team of licensed clinicians serving long-term care members
• Oversee compliance with federal and state regulations and develop care management policies
• Manage escalated care cases and provide guidance to team members on member concerns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree for positions overseeing behavioral health team members
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare managed care principles and experience in developing long-term service plans
• Current state's Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant behavioral health certification required upon hire
• Resource Utilization Group (RUG) certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire for positions overseeing RN team members
