Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate - Sales/Telesales (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses to calls regarding travel insurance coverage
• Understand customer needs and align them with appropriate insurance products
• Resolve service issues and complaints effectively and independently

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Active property and casualty or personal lines license
• Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook
• 1 year of experience in a Call Center
• 1 year of experience in a Sales-related role
