Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator (Pharmacy Technician) with a TX license required.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
- Educate patients on the services provided by the specialty pharmacy
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and protect company values
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- TX Pharmacy Technician license required
- 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related role
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
- National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
- Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
