Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sourcing and Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and contracting of products, equipment, and services in collaboration with end-users and stakeholders
• Manage the procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficiency in contract execution
• Conduct contract reviews, monitor compliance, and collaborate with legal on contract language and terms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, healthcare, or business related field
• 4 years of experience in contract administration, purchasing, and sourcing
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Certification as a Texas Contracts Manager (CTCM) and Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) within 1.5 years
• Strong knowledge of legal contracts, terms, and conditions
