Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (Workers Compensation Claims Trainee) as part of the Emerging Talent INVEST Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning and hands-on training in claims management
• Shadow experienced claims professionals to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims
• Engage in client service communications and support claims management under supervision

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
