Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Licensing Training Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Study to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license to sell and negotiate insurance policies
• Support customer inquiries regarding rates, billing questions, and policy changes
• Assist with policy cancellations and updates, including document preparation and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Must be located in Texas
• Cannot currently hold or have previously held any insurance license
• Must have a laptop, PC, or tablet with webcam and audio capability
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required
