Job Summary

A company is looking for a Guardian Associate (Workers Compensation Claims Trainee).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow claims experts and practice in a simulated environment to apply newly learned concepts
• Gradually take ownership of workers' compensation claims and support claims management under supervision

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
