Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and candidates through various online platforms.
  • Manage and update candidate profiles in our recruitment system.
  • Assist in the screening and sourcing of candidates for various roles.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and assess their qualifications.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and send job listings to various recruitment channels.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies to attract talent globally.
  • Fluency in French is essential, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
