Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier I Technician - Third Shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create tickets for MACD requests and assist with mobile phone activation
  • Answer inbound phone calls, voicemails, and chats while maintaining quality assurance scores
  • Assist other teams with overflow work as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience with a mobile carrier or in an inbound contact center preferred
  • A+ Certification is a plus
  • Ability to work overtime and maintain regular attendance
  • Proficiency in using computers and technology
