Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier I Technician - Third Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Create tickets for MACD requests and assist with mobile phone activation
- Answer inbound phone calls, voicemails, and chats while maintaining quality assurance scores
- Assist other teams with overflow work as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience with a mobile carrier or in an inbound contact center preferred
- A+ Certification is a plus
- Ability to work overtime and maintain regular attendance
- Proficiency in using computers and technology
