Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician (Remote / Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails, resolving customer issues or escalating as necessary
- Create and manage support tickets in accordance with established processes
- Support test events related to products and services
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of related IT systems experience
- DoD 8570 IAT-2 or higher compliance required (SEC+ or higher)
- Experience with service desk ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Technical proficiency with browsers, mobile devices, and personal computers
- Reliable internet service for remote work is essential
