A company is looking for a Title Exam Coordinator who will be responsible for reviewing search abstracts and creating title products based on client and state guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain requests for property searches and replacement policies from vendors
- Review searches and policies to ensure compliance with order request guidelines
- Manage search invoices and check payments for workshare policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of searching and examining experience with Default Products
- Experience with multi-state underwriting and state guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient typing skills (minimum 55 wpm)
