A company is looking for a Dispatcher (TLC) to manage the routing of third-party transportation vendors and trip operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and organize same day and urgent trips to transportation providers
- Monitor service quality and on-time performance of transportation providers
- Document issues related to trip performance and communicate with providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 6 months of customer service experience
- 2+ years in transportation routing, dispatching, and scheduling preferred
- 1 year experience with applicable transit scheduling system preferred
