Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance and accuracy of team outputs
- Develop and deliver training programs for team members
- Oversee compliance by drafting plan documents and conducting internal audits
Required Qualifications
- QKA certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Strong prioritization and process development skills
- Research-oriented with the ability to synthesize information
- Experience in a customer service capacity
- College degree or equivalent preferred
