Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPA Operations & Compliance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and ensure compliance and accuracy of team outputs
• Develop and deliver training programs for team members
• Oversee compliance by drafting plan documents and conducting internal audits

Required Qualifications

• QKA certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Strong prioritization and process development skills
• Research-oriented with the ability to synthesize information
• Experience in a customer service capacity
• College degree or equivalent preferred
