Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Specialist who will focus on the development and delivery of onboarding and continuous improvement training content for the operations business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain functional expertise in training delivery for assigned content areas
- Facilitate various training programs and deliver learning opportunities to enhance engagement
- Track training program effectiveness and assist in evaluating training initiatives for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 6 years in a student service-related role
- At least 1 year of student service experience in operations, with 2 years preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or student-facing quality assurance
- Ability to develop expert knowledge of programs and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management software; Salesforce experience is a plus
