Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to develop web-based training content and support project delivery for clinical and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training leads and subject matter experts to assess training needs and define learning objectives
• Design and develop interactive, web-based training modules using Articulate360, ensuring engagement and accessibility
• Host live training sessions and provide direct support to end users and trainers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Articulate360 or similar e-learning authoring tools
• Experience creating job aids and training support materials
• Ability to quickly learn and master new content and workflows
