Training Specialist - Salesforce Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist (Salesforce Platform - web-based systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs using accepted teaching methodologies
• Deliver high-quality training using tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Teams and e-learning products
• Develop training materials and assessments to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design, development, and delivery of training programs for web-based enterprise systems
• Prior experience with Salesforce platform solutions is highly desired
• Experience training adult learners and understanding of adult learning principles
• Bachelor's degree in communication or a related discipline
• Must be a US citizen and able to complete the government's background investigation
