Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support the Defense Logistics Agency in enhancing data integration capabilities for the DoD and other Federal Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee virtual training guidance and best practices during the development of organizational training plans
• Provide daily supervision and direction to contractor trainer staff
• Utilize ETL applications and similar tools to develop a modernized transaction processing platform and enhance reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS with eight (8) years of relevant experience, including five (5) years specific to the position
• Experience in information systems development, training, or related fields
• Relevant IT Instructor/Trainer certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
