A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to assist in building complete loan files for submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist originators with appointment setting and managing client databases
- Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and manage documentation collection
- Provide administrative support throughout the production and underwriting process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with at least one year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- No active MLO licensing required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office software
