Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Transplant Data & Performance Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection and ensure accuracy for transplant candidates, living donors, and recipients
• Lead and motivate team members to align departmental goals with organizational objectives
• Proactively assess and implement change initiatives to improve organizational performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or an Associate's degree with additional experience
• Five years of progressive experience in a related field with a Bachelor's degree
• Ten years of progressive experience in a related field with an Associate's degree
• No licensure or certification required
