Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel & Expense Coordinator I (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process employee expense reports for compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Process new corporate travel card applications and provide training on travel and expense procedures
- Resolve travel-related issues and discrepancies while assisting employees with inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Typically entry-level with 0 - 2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and expense management software is preferred
- Demonstrated progress towards formal training or education in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus
- U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required due to government regulations
